UNOPENED: Changed your mind but haven't opened the box yet? No problem. We'll send you a return shipping label and issue a 100% refund.
DAMAGED: Shipping damage not caused by customer, or manufacturer defects are on us. You can get a replacement sent for free, or a full refund.
FULL REFUND, CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING
OPENED BUT UNUSED: If your product has been opened but not used, you're still eligible for a 100% refund, but will be required to ship it back to us.
75% REFUND, CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING
OPENED AND USED: If you have opened AND used your BBQ Hack product, you can STILL return your item for a partial refund during the first 30 days after your delivery. When you ship your item back and we have verified that it is in reasonable condition and all parts are present and undamaged, 75% of your original purchase price will be refunded.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND
CUSTOMER DAMAGE: Any damage to the item, whether through abuse or neglect, is not eligible for a return or refund.
MORE THAN 30 DAYS: Contact us BEFORE your return window expires. Returns and/or Refunds will not be issued on Day 31 and beyond.
